MOBILE HOUSE AC OLIVA - RABAC

• Complete equipped kitchen with dining table and couch which can be use like additional bed

DE LUXE mobile home, max. 5 persons, approx. 32 sqm,1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separated beds, omplete equipped kitchen
with dining table and couch which can be use like additional bed, SAT-TV,
2 toilettes, terase, parking. 

Pets: are not allowed
Air Condition: 6,00 Euro/ per a day (on request)

Minimal stay 7 days (in period 25.06.-03.09.), Saturday-saturday, all other periods minimal stay is 4 days. For stays shorter than the listed, price is increased by 30%.

The price inclooded; renting of mobile home, electricity, water (warm and cold), tehnical asistence.
Extra: - Bed sheats and towels 10,00 Euro for mobile home/ with each change
             (or can bring your own sheats and towels),
           - final cleaning 15,00 Euro/once

Distances: ca. 300 m from beach and sea, ca. 1000 m from center (bank, post, doctor…), ca. 200 m from market.

Sport and leisure: tennis, football, basketball, handball, volleyball, mini-golf, bowling, entertainment for children and adults, musical evenings ...

Beach: pebble and rocky (public beach), Blue Flag

On arrival day the mobile homs can be occupated between 2 pm and 9 pm, in case
of later arrivel the guest is obligate to inform on time agency „AD MAJORA TURIZAM“, incontrary Mobile home should be kept free lined up the day after which it may be rented again.

It can not be accommodate more people than the number indicated in our
advertising (adults or children).

On departures day the mobile home have to be left free till 10 am (durng the
working hours).

Departures at night may allow the agency to an earlier announcement and quest request.

All complaints on house (equipment and condition) can be made within 24 hours
from arrival.

All damages must be paid by the price on the price list. Guests must take maximum care of the house.
